Getting your eTeacher Comment Library to Ezcomm

• While in Comment Builder in eTeacher, select a library to export (each library must be exported individually). Then select the "Export Library" icon on the right (not the one at the top of the page. This icon on the right will export the comments in a format compatible with Ezcomm.

• Save the file on your desktop (or you favourite download location) on your computer.
• While in Ezcomm, use the "import from mxWeb" button to import your comments. Browse to your file and open.

• The comments will import, but without subject, strand, grade, or term. The comment name and code will be in their appropriate box. You will now have to identify each comment by using the drop down lists.
• Having done this, you are good to go.
