The latest version of their OS, Version 10.2, can connect to the Zedex server. Check their documentation for how to achieve this, remembering that the name of the server is "Zedex". When you connect, a window will appear with the users files. Basically, select "Go" in the Finder, and then select "Connect to Server". In the Address, type in "smb://zedex/login name". Notice that these are forward slashes. Otherwise, you should see the workgroup on the left. Choose it, then choose the "zedex" computer on the right. Select the login from the list. You will be asked for a password, which you will if there is need for one.
*Okay, so you got a Mac. Use this AppleScript to log into a Zedex server. Zedex Login.scpt.sit

Older versions of Mac's OS require a program called "Dave", by Thursby.
Software, called Dave, will allow users of Mac's to login to their directory on the file sharing computer. They will get a typical Mac window on their desktop which show the files and folders available to them. Dave must be installed on each Mac.
Dave uses the IP addresses that are reserved for local use. They are the addresses in the range 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255.
A Mac using MacTCP or Open Transport set as these addresses will be able to access the internet through the Wingate PC and will be able to access their files on the Zedex PC if they have Dave installed on their Mac. Of course, you must have ethernet cards installed and proper cabling.
